Since December 2016, the U.S. Federal Reserve has raised the Fed Funds rate four times. In its quest for interest rate normalization, it now has plans to reduce its $4.5 trillion balance sheet. Mr. Harrington will discuss what this might mean, and how long it might take to accomplish this.
